Marko sees Gasly's immediate future at AlphaTauri

Article To news overview © Red Bull Content Pool / Getty Images The head of the Red Bull Driver Development Program, Helmut Marko says French F1 driver Pierre Gasly is better suited to racing for the AlphaTauri team. Gasly has been on a mission ever since he was demoted by the Red Bull senior team in 2019. The Frenchman has secured two podiums and a win for the unfancied AlphaTauri team since then with many speculating that he might be recalled into the Red Bull fold. Marko however fails to entertain this possibility. "At Alpha Tauri, the package fits perfectly, the combination goes well together," Marko told Auto Motor und Sport.
