Vettel scored special podium for Aston Martin and himself

In Azerbaijan Sebastian Vettel scored a special podium with his new team Aston Martin. It was not only his first time with the British team, but also the first time ever that Aston Martin stood on an F1 podium. The first for Aston Martin A rock-solid race and some help from the men racing up front meant Vettel was on the podium in his sixth race for Aston Martin. Aston Martin returned to Formula 1 as a works team in 2021, after an absence of sixty years. The team had competed in a few races in 1959 and 1960.
