FIA set to investigate flexible front wings

Article To news overview © Mercedes The flexi-wing saga is set to take a new turn as the FIA are now believed to be in the process of reviewing the front wings found on the 2021 Formula 1 car. RacingNews365.com has learnt that the FIA is investigating the horizontal elements found on the front wings in order to ascertain whether they bend beyond the prescribed limits, with the added flexibility said to provide teams with an added performance advantage, as highlighted recently by Red Bull executives Christian Horner and Helmut Marko.
