Wolff is secretive about new pit stop rule: 'We have asked the FIA'

On Friday the news came out that pit stops will be 0.2 seconds slower from the Hungarian Grand Prix. Mercedes team principal Toto Wolff says that they had been in contact with the FIA before the news came out. With the new rules, every action a mechanic makes must take at least 0.15 seconds. If the mechanic is faster than that 0.15 seconds, the mechanic in question must wait until a green light gives the signal. Red Bull Racing in particular look set to suffer from this, as they have had the fastest pitstops all year.
