Verstappen: "If nothing had been wrong they wouldn't have had to change it"

Max Verstappen starts the Austrian Grand Prix as championship leader. The 23-year old Dutchman's lead could have been even bigger if his rear tyre hadn't suddenly burst at the Baku City Circuit. He is still not happy with Pirelli's explanation, although he wants to put the matter behind him. Pirelli has announced the introduction of new rear tyres in Great Britain to ensure safety.
