Vettel doesn't think Red Bull staff joining Aston Martin because of him

Andrew Alessi will arrive at Aston Martin this month as their new head of technical operations, whilst Red Bull's current head of aerodynamics, Dan Fallows, will leave the Milton Keynes-based squad at the end of his contract to join Aston Martin as technical director.
