'Seidl is 'the big thing' at McLaren and can take team to next level'

Juan Pablo Montoya speaks highly of McLaren team boss Andreas Seidl. Montoya calls the German 'the big thing there' and he expects that Seidl can bring the team to a higher level. Mentality has changed at McLaren "Since he started at McLaren, he has changed the mentality of the team and how they approach things. You have a healthy base now," Montoya said in conversation with Motorsport.tv.
