Commission initiated by Hamilton demands more diversity in Formula 1

Last year Lewis Hamilton launched a commission in conjunction with the Royal Academy of Engineering to identify the causes of the lack of diversity in motorsport and Formula One. Last night the Hamilton Commission announced the results of their investigation into the under-representation of black people in British motorsport. The report comes up with ten recommendations to promote equality in the world of motorsport and give students more opportunities, including a fund to support black students coming out of school.
