Russell denies Mercedes contract for 2022 will be announced at Silverstone
Article To news overview © Williams George Russell has denied speculation that his plans for 2022 will be announced at the upcoming British Grand Prix. The Williams driver continues to be linked to a move to Mercedes and there had been rumour that the switch could be confirmed when the F1 calendar heads to Silverstone this weekend. However, Russell says that his future - wherever it may lie - is not going to be made clear just yet.
