Brown: Sponsors 'wouldn't mind' noisy engines in 'sustainable' F1
McLaren boss Zak Brown doe does not believe that a return to noisy engines in Formula 1 would chase away sponsors from the sport as argued by Mercedes. Grand Prix racing's stakeholders have started to discuss the framework that will surround F1's next generation engine that is expected to be introduced in 2025. While further enhancement of the current power unit's hybrid component is expected, Red Bull is in favour of a return to high-revving "emotive" engines, as advocated by team boss Christian Horner.
