Newey gives a look behind the scenes: 'We're bringing in a lot of young talent'.
Looking back at the first half of the 2021 season, which saw Red Bull Racing return to be a serious championship contender, Technical Director and designer of the lightning-fast RB16B Adrien Newey gives a behind-the-scenes insight into the team's engineering department. He argues that this year, both the atmosphere and the structure of the department are conducive to an optimal result in the title race.
