Charles Leclerc's comfort in his Ferrari deteriorated, and that showed as his Friday in Belgium ended with a crash. Leclerc was the first driver to bring out the red flags in FP2, losing the rear of his SF21 at the exit of Turn 6, apparently a little too trigger-happy on the throttle. The end result was a heavy whack of the wall, leaving Leclerc out of the session as the red flags appeared to allow for the recovery of his stricken Ferrari.
