The wet qualifying session in Belgium was remarkably quiet, until Lando Norris crashed out. Sebastian Vettel called for the session to be halted even before the Briton's fast lap and is furious with the race direction. While a handful of drivers are trying to find out exactly how wet the track is at the start of Q3, due to another downpour, it's Sebastian Vettel who quickly concludes that qualifying should be stopped.
