Bottas pleased to prove a point with Monza Sprint win

Article To news overview © Mercedes Valtteri Bottas didn't hide his joy at taking the win in Saturday's Sprint Qualifying, admitting it felt good to take the chequered flag again after failing to do so in quite some time. The Finn started first and didn't let hold of the spot, finishing ahead of Red Bull's Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo. Although Bottas will have to start Sunday's Grand Prix from the back of the grid after taking a new engine, he was pleased with his performance on Saturday.
