Horner unhappy with Perez's penalty: "No instruction from the race office"
Sergio Perez finished the Italian Grand Prix in third place on the track, but was down to fifth in the final standings. This was due to a five second penalty, which Christian Horner cannot live with. Perez passed Charles Leclerc at the second chicane, but went off-track for it. Instead of giving the spot back immediately, Perez stayed in front of the man from Monaco. The latter was then quickly overtaken by Valtteri Bottas, which made Perez certainly not want to give that spot back. The Mexican had to pay the price.
