Ocon sees inconsistent penalties at FIA after Monza GP

It looks like Formula 1 is not completely free from the inconsistent penalties of the FIA. Although the FIA is doing everything possible to be as consistent as possible, Esteban Ocon is indignant about the decisions of the stewards in Monza. Inconsistency at the FIA Ocon who himself picked up a five second time penalty due to an incident with Sebastian Vettel in turn four of the Temple of Speed was surprised that he did get a time penalty now whereas in 2019 it was very different. Motorsportweek.com quotes the Frenchman: “We’ve worked extremely hard on a difficult weekend and we lost out on some racing incidents which for once I disagree with, what happened in the race.” Read more...
