F1 wants to force teams to use young talents on Fridays in 2022

To encourage the flow of young talent into Formula 1, Ross Brawn is looking at the possibility of making it compulsory for all F1 teams to put a young talent in the car on a number of Fridays. With limited time to test the car, Formula 1 teams generally choose to run the whole weekend with their regular drivers. Occasionally a driver is promoted, but in the case of Roy Nissany at Williams and Robert Kubica at Williams it is mainly because of the sponsor, not the talent of the driver.
