Russell speaks up for former teammate: "Very difficult for every driver".

Robert Kubica made his comeback at Williams in 2019, but after just one year the Pole disappeared from Formula 1 again. During the Grands Prix at Zandvoort and Monza, Kubica was allowed to step back into a Formula 1 car after all. He replaced Kimi Raikkonen who was infected with the corona virus. George Russell hopes that it was not the last appearance of his former teammate at the highest level. Russell drove in his first season in the pinnacle of motor sport with Kubica by his side.
