Does Honda regret F1 exit? 'They've decided to stop and the rest we will see'

Red Bull Racing is in the middle of a world championship battle with Mercedes. The gap between Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton is only two points and also in the constructors' championship nothing has been decided yet. The fact that Honda is leaving Formula 1 after this success might cause some regret. Franz Tost gives his opinion on the situation.
