Repairs to Circuit of the Americas need to fix bumpy surface for F1

Since the MotoGP race in the United States in early October, several riders have expressed concerns about the state of the asphalt. The MotoGP riders were unhappy with the high number of bumps, a known problem on the circuit which has worsened this year. As a result of the complaints, parts of the track have been resurfaced. It concerns the end of the pit lane, from the pit exit to turn 1. In addition, the section between turns 9 and 10 was also repaired, as was the exit from turn 11. Finally, a longer section between turn 15 and turn 19 was resurfaced.
