Last night the news came out that Sebastian Vettel would be getting a new Mercedes engine, but it has now been announced that George Russell will also have to undergo an engine change during the United States Grand Prix. Both drivers will start from the back of the grid. Vettel already mentioned during the press conference that he would be getting a new engine and just now the news came out that Russell will have to race a catch-up race as well.
