Domenicali wants to improve sprint races and thinks of a separate championship
In 2021, Formula 1 will experiment with sprint races for the first time. After two of the three sprint races have been held in the season, Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali is thinking about increasing the spectacle, and suggests the possibility of starting a special championship for the sprint races. Domenicali wants to change sprint races Besides the idea of a special championship for the sprint races, more ideas will be discussed on 15 December when the World Motor Sport Council (WMSC) meets.
