What time does qualifying for the Qatar Grand Prix start?

The schedule for the Qatar Grand Prix is more like what we are used to. The two hour time difference means that the sessions don't start much later than when racing in Europe. This also means that qualifying will take place at a 'normal' time. Before qualifying starts there is one hour of practice time. This third free practice will start at 11:00. After this session the teams and drivers will prepare for the qualifying session of the Qatar GP. When does qualifying start? The qualifying session of the Qatar Grand Prix will start at 14:00.
