Gasly braced for very slippery surface in Jeddah

Pierre Gasly thinks a 'very complicated' weekend awaits the drivers and teams at the inaugural Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. The Jeddah Corniche Circuit represents another brand new territory for Formula 1 as the thrilling 2021 season starts to reach its conclusion. Much has been made of the high-speed nature of the circuit and its small run-off areas, but Gasly feels an 'extra challenge' is on the cards as the fresh tarmac will need to be rubbered in extensively in order for it not to feel like it resembles driving on ice.
