Williams boss returns positive COVID test

Jost Capito Williams Racing has confirmed team boss Jost Capito has returned a positive test result for COVID-19. A statement from the squad confirmed the German returned the result prior to travelling to Jeddah for this weekend’s Formula 1 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. “Williams Racing can confirm that CEO and Team Principal Jost Capito has tested positive for COVID-19 prior to travelling to Jeddah for this weekend’s Saudi Arabian Grand Prix,” the team announced. “Jost is now following UK national health authority guidelines. “There has been no wider impact on Williams Racing personnel and the team will continue to operate trackside as planned.” This weekend’s race marks the...
