Pourchaire and Fittipaldi in hospital following Formula 2 crash in Saudi Arabia
Article To news overview Formula 2 drivers Theo Pourchaire and Enzo Fittipaldi have both been taken to hospital following their hefty crash in the F2 Feature Race in Saudi Arabia. At the start of the already-delayed race, Pourchaire stalled in his third place grid slot and barely got his car moving. Fittipaldi, starting the race from 18th, was accelerating away from the grid and, unsighted, struck the back of Pourchaire's car. The race was immediately red-flagged to allow for extrication of the drivers. The FIA have since released a statement confirming both drivers have been taken to a local hospital. The FIA advises that an incident occurred during the FIA Formula 2 Feature Race start...
