Video: Mercedes junior wins thrilling race by just 0.003 seconds!

Video To news overview © F4 UAE Kimi Antonelli, a member of Mercedes' junior driver programme, won the first race of the F4 United Arab Emirates weekend after crossing the line just 0.003 seconds clear of PREMA teammate Aiden Neate. Antonelli, a stand-in for the weekend in place of the ill Rafael Camara, held his nerve on the final lap to weather an attack from Neate and third-placed James Wharton – a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy. It proved to be the most nail-biting sprint to the line, with 15-year-old Antonelli winning out by the tiny margin to make his mark and claim his first win in single-seater racing.
