Haas does not follow example of competition: 'We have decided that'

The Spanish Grand Prix is usually the place for Formula One teams to make updates to their cars. While Red Bull Racing, Mercedes, McLaren and Ferrari, among others, already announced that they will be doing so, Haas is not following suit. The American formation started the season with mixed feelings.
