Confirmed: Full official F1 calendar for the remainder of 2022 season
On Wednesday, Formula 1 confirmed that there will only be 22 races in the 2022 season. Originally, F1 had 23 dates pencilled into the schedule, but after Russia's invasion of Ukraine Formula 1 cancelled the Russian Grand Prix. F1 have now confirmed that the season will only feature 22 races as a replacement can't be found. 2022 season Equipped with new rules and regulations, F1 had planned a record-breaking amount of races for the season but they will now only equal last year's total of 22.
