Rebounding from a FP3 brake fire to secure his first Q3 appearance in qualifying, Mick Schumacher's next target in his first World Championship point. Schumacher was in doubt for qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix when his Haas' right rear brake caught fire in final practice. Wrecking about a quarter of the car, Haas were in a race against time to fix his VF-22 in time for qualifying.
