Why Steiner disagrees with Horner’s budget cap concerns

Spending measures on F1 teams have been tightened severely in recent seasons. Having started at $145m in 2021, the cap is currently $140m, and is set to reduce further to $135m in 2023. In April, Horner requested that the budget cap be reviewed, highlighting that inflated costs around freighting and logistics could possibly stretch teams' finances.
