Rosberg praises Russell as he reveals major Hamilton peeve
Article To news overview © Mercedes Nico Rosberg has offered George Russell yet more praise for his Mercedes performances as he revealed a major peeve of Lewis Hamilton. Russell impressed the Formula 1 world with his fierce driving during qualifying whilst racing for Williams between 2019 and 2021, so much so that he was soon referred to as 'Mr Saturday'. Taking over from Valtteri Bottas as Hamilton’s teammate for the 2022 season, Russell has regularly outshone the seven-time World Champion, and Rosberg has called his performances nothing short of brilliant, especially when the current level of Mercedes's car is taken into consideration.
