Norris hopes McLaren can bounce back after 'weekend from hell'

Article To news overview © XPB Lando Norris admits that the Canadian Grand Prix was a "weekend from hell" for McLaren, but he remains hopeful that they can bounce back at the next race on the calendar at Silverstone. With the rain in qualifying in Montreal, it was the perfect opportunity for both Norris and his teammate, Daniel Ricciardo, to secure some strong grid positions. However, while Ricciardo made his way into Q3 and qualified in 9th, Norris failed to make it out of Q2. Unfortunately, Norris suffered with a power unit issue that caused him to qualify down in 14th place, and the race on Sunday proved difficult to overtake in, with Safety Cars making things worse.
