Ricciardo got too excited: 'Convinced myself I'd be champion that year'

Daniel Ricciardo scored his first win in Formula One at the 2014 Canadian Grand Prix. The Australian admits that the win made him a little too excited at the thought of becoming a future world champion. Article continues under ad Ricciardo has had a difficult start at McLaren.
