Alpine launches Rac(H)er project for more women in Formula 1

Alpine has launched a new project called Rac(H)er. The objective of the project is already reflected in the name: more women should be involved in motor sports and the project also looks at the possibility of a woman as an F1 driver. Article continues under ad Alpine came out with a press release on Thursday revealing a new project. Rac(H)er's goal is to make motor racing more inclusive. The focus is on women. Currently, Alpine has twelve percent female employees, but the goal is to increase that number to thirty in five years' time.
