Trouble for Sainz: Ferrari finds leak in fuel pump and replaces chassis

Carlos Sainz has not had an easy ride this year. The Spaniard has already suffered technical problems with his F1-75 and is now in trouble again: Ferrari have found a leak in the fuel system of his car and have decided to change Sainz' chassis. Article continues under ad When starting the engine after arriving at Silverstone, Ferrari discovered a leak in Sainz's fuel pump. As a precaution, the team opted to replace the F1-75 chassis with one that has already been in track action this season.
