Austrian GP decision made for Zhou after Silverstone horror crash

The Chinese driver underwent his final medical examinations on Thursday morning and has been told that he can race in Spielberg. His British Grand Prix horror crash saw him collide with George Russell and Pierre Gasly before being launched into the air behind the wheel of his Alfa Romeo. He then landed upside down and skated, riding on his life-saving Halo device, for over 100 metres before being launched in the air once again as his car met the gravel.
