De Vries to replace Hamilton in FP1 for French GP

Nyck de Vries will take the seat in Lewis Hamilton's Mercedes on Friday. He will replace the British driver in the first free practice session before the French Grand Prix, making it the second time this season he has taken part in a Formula One weekend. 0 De Vries replaces Hamilton in FP1 France In a press release from Mercedes, Toto Wolff revealed that De Vries will be in action on behalf of the German racing stable during FP1.
