Team ratings: Ferrari still doesn't have things in order

Mercedes seem to have moved another step closer to Ferrari and Red Bull Racing after an excellent weekend in France when we talk about the car's performance. It ensures that the German team gets an almost perfect score on its report. Ferrari, on the other hand, should forget about the French GP very soon.
