Mick Schumacher comments on prospect of Ferrari call-up as Charles Leclerc grows frustrated
Haas driver Mick Schumacher has said that he is keen to show Ferrari what he has in his locker as his development continues. The 23-year-old was signed by Haas last year as a Ferrari junior driver, but dealt with an underperforming car as neither he nor Nikita Mazepin scored points. With respect to the Russian, Schumacher did not have a representative challenge last year alongside Mazepin, but he has one this season in Kevin Magnussen. The young German struggled for performance in the opening nine rounds of the 2022 season as he failed to score points, while the Danish driver managed three, but Schumacher has found his feet since.
