Vettel leads list of biggest-fined drivers in 2022
Aston Martin's Sebastian Vettel has notched up the biggest amount of fines so far in 2022, mainly thanks to his outspoken behaviour at the driver's briefing for the Austrian Grand Prix. Vettel ended up walking out of the meeting and was handed a 25,000 fine by the race stewards. Vettel was also fined a further 5,000 for driving a scooter on track without permission after crashing in practice for the Australian Grand Prix and bringing out the red flags.
