Hamilton: Gutting to miss out on pole | 'It was so close'

Lewis Hamilton said it was "gutting" to miss out on a first pole position of the season after narrowly losing out to Charles Leclerc and Sergio Perez in a thrilling Singapore Grand Prix qualifying session. With a drying track ensuring near constant drama throughout qualifying on Formula 1's return to the Marina Bay Street Circuit, Hamilton was always near the top of the timesheet as he appeared to have a realistic shot at pole.
