Breaking: 2022 Singapore Grand Prix to be delayed by over an hour as pitlane flooded

The 2022 Singapore Grand Prix has been delayed due to heavy rain, the FIA has announced. The race was initially scheduled to get underway at 1pm BST, and the stewards are yet to set a new start time for the grand prix. However, the FIA has said an update will be provided at 12:30pm BST. According to F1 journalist Chris Medland, the worst of the rain is yet to come and the Singapore GP is likely to be delayed by over an hour. He added that the pitlane is already flooded.
