Red Bull strengthen Honda union

Sam Hall Wednesday 5 October 2022 09:22 - Updated: 09:25 Red Bull and AlphaTauri have strengthened ties with Honda with a new arrangement that will run for the remaining races of the F1 season. Red Bull acquired the right to use the IP of the Japanese manufacturer's power units after Honda announced its plan to withdraw from F1 at the end of the 2021 season. This meant that all Honda branding was removed from the Red Bull and AlphaTauri cars, something that will change from Japan onwards with the emblem set to return for the rest of the season. “Honda has invested significantly in hybrid technology over the course of our partnership," said Red Bull team principal, Christian Horner....
