Sky Sports reporter, Ted Kravitz, does not believe we should expect to see too many shocks when the FIA deliver their certificates of compliance on Wednesday. A report last week indicated that Red Bull and Aston Martin had overspent on last year’s $145 million cost cap, and the report also suggested that the latter might have spent as much as $155 million. This, if correct, would put them in material breach of the financial regulations, and therefore at risk of one of the harsher punishments.
