Wolff on cost cap penalties: 'At the end you still sit in a car thats on steroids'

Amid the speculation over which team might have broken the cost cap, team bosses have been firm in their desire for any infringement to be penalised hard by the FIA to ensure the integrity of the competition. Ferrari Team Principal Mattia Binotto told Italian media that even a minor cost cap breach would enrage them, while Wolff believes it will be a tough job to judge given the performance gains any breach could yield.
