F1 will experiment with tyre rules during qualifying in 2023

The Japanese GP weekend is an eventful one for Pirelli. Tests for next year's tyres will not go ahead, but Pirelli chief Mario Isola did announce that F1 will test next year with new tyre rules during qualifying.
