Nissany gets chance in Formula 2 for fifth year in a row
Two names have been confirmed for the 2023 Formula 2 season by PHM Racing by Charouz, but they are not the names you expect to see in the last stepping-up class for Formula 1. Roy Nissany, at 27, is facing his fifth F2 season and Brad Benavides is making the switch from Formula 3. Prema Racing has confirmed two talented drivers with Oliver Bearman and Frederik Vesti, Arthur Leclerc will be in action for DAMS and Clement Novalak has already been confirmed by Trident.
