Remarkable line-up for F2 team: 27-year-old starts fifth season
Two names have been confirmed for the 2023 Formula 2 season by PHM Racing by Charouz, but they are not the names you expect to see in the last stepping-up class for Formula 1. Roy Nissany, at 27, is facing his fifth F2 season and Brad Benavides is making the switch from Formula 3.
