Sprint locations revealed for the 2023 season

Formula 1 announced today which venues will be hosting the alternative scheduling – qualifying on Friday and Sprint on Saturday – during next year’s season. For the past two years there have been three Sprint weekends throughout the year to trial the alternative schedule for a race event but 2023 will see that number doubled as F1 management saw the test events as successful. “We have seen a hugely positive reaction to the F1 Sprint events during the first two years of its running, and we can’t wait to bring even more action to fans with six events next year, including our first US F1 Sprint in Austin,” Stefano Domenicali, F1 President and CEO, said. “The introduction...
